INDIGO MATTER
An exhibition with design studio Dust London and textile artist Emi Fujisawa. Both studios have a strong research-led focus on sustainability - here linked through their common use of plant dyes (Madder and Indigo) applied to recycled toxic cardboard and upcycled vintage natural fabrics, to make new furniture, home décor pieces & slow fashion garments.

Tactile Baltics
Tactile Baltics is a collaboration project started in 2020 between NID, Latvian Design Centre and Lithuanian Design Forum. The new exhibition debuting at LDF21 is a momentous and exciting opportunity to introduce the contemporary Baltic design scene and to build an appreciation and awareness of design from Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania. With a focus on tactility, visitors can feel the environment around them as they trace a path through the exhibition.
