We hope you love your purchase. However, if you change your mind please contact us within 14 days of the receipt and let us know in order we could confirm the return. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. We refund or replace unused and undamaged items returned in their original condition and packaging, within 14 days of dispatch. 
If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 


In the unlikely event that you receive broken/damaged product, we require you to send us an email within 7 days of receiving the goods including a photograph which clearly shows the fault of the item. Without receiving any proof, we cannot be held responsible for the damage occurred. We hope this is never the case but we will do everything we can in order to resolve the issue by offering you a full refund or exchange. We aim to process all refunds within 14 days, at which point you will receive a confirmation email. To be noted that postage costs are non-refundable and in case of refund, they will be deducted from the original payment made by the customer.


Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If the product has not been returned to us in fully saleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 2 working weeks.

To be noted that only regular priced items may be refunded.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at hello@nidstore.com.


To return your product, you should contact us first via email and we will give you exact shipping details.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

If you are shipping an item over 80.-, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
