During PDW 2015, NID presented Estonian contemporary design by
focusing on the main characteristics it is known for: innovation,
recycling, sustainability and smart design. NID` s selection also
emphasised Nordic solutions, such as natural materials, high-quality
and minimalism etc. All together, the pop-up showroom
represented 19 designers ́creation, including furniture, fashion,
textile and product design..

Throughout the week the visitors had a chance to explore the Estonian culinary world, as every day a table with Estonian organic food and drinks was prepared. To create a link between Estonian
and French design, two designers from both countries presented their work with innovative textiles: Kärt Ojavee (Estonia) and Luce Couillet (France). Final event, a party to celebrate Estonian design and to finish design week in a festive mood, took place on September 11 and included live music by Victor ́s Joy
