Delivery
We value craftsmanship and local production and mainly work with small makers and artisans. This also means that our production times and delivery times are longer compared to big brands and factories.
Most of the products in our range are made to order - this way our designers can avoid unnecessary production and less will go to waste.
Please note that the time of the production and delivery varies on each product - you can find this information under each product section. For some items custom made orders are also possible - please contact us via email hello@nidstore.com for further info.
Currently we ship within Europe and the United Kingdom, but if you would like to purchase something outside of Europe, please contact us and we can give you a quote for the delivery.
Once the products are ready and packed, we aim to dispatch them within 1-2 working days. It takes up to 5-7 days for the parcel to reach you.
Please note that if it says "delivery time" under the production description, we will dispatch the item within 1-2 working days, once you have placed an order. Products with specific "production time" will be dispatched once they are ready. These production times may vary and we will inform you via e-mail if there are any changes.
We use tracked postal services for items valuing more than 50 EUR / 45 GBP. You will receive a tracking link via email once your parcel has been dispatched.
Our shipping prices are calculated by weight and the volume of the parcel.
Our store is based in Europe and when ordering from the UK you may have to pay import duties and VAT. Please note that customs fees are not included in the price and shipping costs. Due to Brexit also the delivery times to the UK might be longer.
